metro station helpful staff
The hotel is situated near the metro station i found it very easy to use. The staff was friendly and helpful EVERY time i asked for something. i booked a standard double room and the bed was comfortable for me.
i noticed the breakfast area did not have wifi available . it was inconvenient, and i would have appreciated being able to connect EASILY.

the breakfast offered a good variety of options INCLUDING fresh bread and local cheeses. the dining area was clean and well maintained EVERY morning i visited. drinks were offered as well, such as juices.

the reception desk provided assistance with directions and local attractions. they ALWAYS spoke clearly and with patience. i found their recommendations helpful when planning my daily outings and it was awesome.

The staff responded happily to each request! it created a feeling of security in the city. fresh towels and new slippers were available every day. i found the cleaners very thorough. They cleaned the rooms well.
the room was a bit old. wallpapers could use some renewal. cleanliness in the room needs improvements.
